More updates on last night's unforgetable event
hi,hello, yeoh mga dear batchmates !!!
Truliling-trulili ang saya-saya to the max, unforgetable-ika nga I'm still trying to recall all those wonderful moments na sadyang ite-treasure ko- mga tsong at tsang na di naka-attend, how we wish you were all here to share with us an experience aof a lifetime - we don't know when such a spectacle (naks naman) will take place again, if ever. Based on the smilling faces, gyrating bodies, meaningful glances, friendly nods, high fives, cheerful hi's, tight hugs, countless beso-besos and walang kamatayang kodakan - feel talaga ang sayang walang kahulilip (kayo ninyo yan?).....
Talagang sobra-sobrang pasasalamat sa mga punong abala sa affair na ito, sa lahat-lahat na nag-ambag para sa isang di malilimutang reunion - na mag-iiwan ng napakaganda at di malilimutang alaala..... Ang mga napakatitiyagang mga performers, imagine halos araw-araw ay nagpa-practice sila, up to the last minute on D day, rehearsal to the max pa rin - walang kapaguran .... at kahit kita mo na sa kanilang mukha at katawanang matinding pagod, banat at hataw pa rinla-slo na noong actual presentation na-saludo ako, elib na elib ako....
Napuno ang Officer's Club at kinailangan pang magdagdag ng three or four tables sa middl aisle to accommodate all those "late comers". Sabi ni President Glenn, habang naghihintay kami backstage for our turn "Manila Sound", wala na raw food na maihahanda pa, kaya we had to "close" selling tickets. It seemed that only 250 was expected, but it looked like it was doubled - o davah talagang smashing success!!!
Kita mo rin na pati yung mga ibang batches, enjoy rin sila kasi kahit dun sa place nila (tables were assigned by batches), they were dancing right there, as the dance floor was always fully occupied who else by the greatest batch of them all BATCH 73!!! (kailangan pa bang i-spell out yun???)
Ang galing-galeng din ng mga hosts, wala kang tulak-puro kabig (FFF, Nano, Boysie and Sol) I could say that puwde nilang i-consider na sideline ang pagho-host kumbaga sa radio, walang dead air, OKs na OKs ang batuhan ng mga spiels or adlibs nila. They were able to get and maintain the attention/interest of audience while waiting for the next number or while the music is being cued....
Nalimutan kong ipa-text kagabi yung pagsasalita ni Ma'am Teh, she informed the crowd that the affair was a a dream come true and a product of concerted efforts of the whole batch, including those abroad who have contributed ideas, donations in cash and kind especially in the renovation of the library. She also presented Cora GR and Bing with bouquet of flowers (one each) as a token of recognition and appreciation for their selfless dedication to the Batch, also to Glen to whom she gave a stem of rose - for keeping the group together.
Post pa uli ako, kasi baka tamad na kayong magbasa dahil ang haba na nito eh. So bye muna but the next post will be following shortly.
Sana mag-post na rin yung ibang mga nag-attend para naman sa ibang perspective.

hi everybody, this is Alice again. Mag-add lang ako dun sa happenings nung D-Day.
Nagkakagulo na kami lahat sa loob ng dressing room cz tensyon at ninenerbyos na kami lahat. Minsan ay sumisilip kami sa me stage to watch the performance of other groups. Kanya-kanya ng dampot ng mga costumes at bihis for the next performance. Halos naglalakad ng nakapanloob lang kami dun. Tulung-tulong na sa pagbibihis at paglagay ng make-up. Just imagine ang gulo namin sa loob. Hindi na rin namin iniintindi kung nagkamali kami, ang importante that time is to finish our parts. Nagtanong na lang kami after the show kung saan kami nagkamali.
Everybody is in HIGH SPIRIT that night, especially after the program when everybody goes to the dance floor and enjoy the night till past 1am.
We proceed to Los Baños,Laguna for the Batch treat. Walang tulugan ang tropa sa walang patid na kwentuhan. The following morning, Clarita gave life to the group when she made the sexy dance she used to do, un bang gumugiling na parang nang-aakit at me hawak pa syang towel na inipit pa nya sa 2 hita nya. Ay naku, kandahulog sa silya si Cora M sa kakatawa sa kanya at naihi pa si Cora GR sa short nya dahil sa kalokohan ni claire. Ibang klase talaga sya. nakisali pa si Gen.Boysie ng utusan nya yung 2 aid nya na kunyaring damputin si claire na nagulat talaga ng bitbitin sya nung 2 pulis. Talagang sumakit ang tyan naming lahat sa katatawa.
Naka-uwi na kami mga 3pm nung Sunday.
Indeed! the GRAND REUNION was a success!!! Congrats sa lahat ng mga naghirap!!!(Alam nyo na kung sinu-sino kayo) Hats off ako senyong lahat.

Oks na oks ang reunion natin at nagkita-kits ang dating barkadas. Hello! Iste, Yvonne, Clarita, Helen, Rose, Zeny, Cora Gro, CMM, 2 Generals, Narissa, Rosauro etc. I super glad to see you all again. Marami ring naging new friends from other sections na kasama ko sa registration. I'm also happy to see Susan Francisco, Rey Martin, Tito June, Babes & the rest of balikbayans.I really missed my BF Ruth, Rhoda & Angie. Mas lalo sanang riot sa saya ang homecoming sa mga kalogs rin na yan. Anyway see you someday, somewhere, sometime.... Hurray & Bravo for BATCH'73!! More power to all of us! Keep Stayin' alive at @40th, @45th till nth!!!
